Short Story about Training
Completion Report
After a training you will need to send a follow up email to the participants. The email can be short including congratulating the participants, inviting them to join the Facilitator Network, attaching the completed and updated roster of participants and the feedback form (Word Doc). Send the roster to trainings@pachamama.org. Please use this template (Excel Doc) for creating the roster. We require it be in Excel. Any electronic or hard copy feedback forms you receive please send to trainings@pachamama.org or The Pachamama Alliance office.
Gather all expenses you and your team have made and fill out the Expense Report Form (Excel Doc). Send all receipts or copies of receipts to The Pachamama Alliance office and email trainings@pachamama.org the Expense Report Form. We cannot reimburse you until we receive your receipts. Also, please add all expenses to the Expenses Template (Excel Doc) and send to trainings@pachamama.org.
With the rapid growth of trainings and symposiums more and more people want to share their experiences. A great way to share with all the facilitators is for you to write a short story or blurb about your training experience. Please post your stories on the Community Share page of the Wiki.
The training leaders will need to fill out a completion report (Word Doc) (Updated March 10, 2010) and turn in to trainings@pachamama.org. Please have this done no later than 2 weeks after the training.
