Joining The Facilitator Network

How To Register

1)    Go to: http://awakeningthedreamer.org

2)    Click on the Big Blue Button called “Facilitators Login”.

3)    Follow the links to the Facilitator Network.

4)    On the right side, beneath the Pachamama Alliance Icon, click on the link “Sign Up.”

5)    Complete the form including your email address, preferred secure password, Birthday, and security code.

6)    Then, click, “Sign Up.”

7)    The next page asks you to fill in your display name, select an avatar photo (any photo of you will do), and fill in your personal information, including which facilitator training you attended. Once you have complete this page, click “Join” and your registration will be processed for approval, which usually happens in the same business day.

Using The Facilitator Network

Once you have registered and logged in to the Facilitator Network, there is a whole world of useful tools and resources you can use. A good introduction to the use of the Facilitator Network is a video called “How to Use the Facilitator Network” which can be found at http://www.atdnet.org/notes or by clicking on the “How to Use” link under the Quick Links bar.

The Facilitator Network is a community hub that includes access to many different tools and resources. The main bar at the top of the page has links to many tools exclusive to the facilitator body such as:

•    Inspiring videos

•    Photos from Facilitator Events

•    A Discussion forum for continued inspiration and troubleshooting.

•    Groups to help facilitators with shared interests collaborate.

•    You can also keep up with your fellow facilitators by making them your friends from the Members page. This feature works just like a social networking tool, and gives you access to their personal profiles where you can leave them notes and send personal messages.

Under the “My Page” tab, you can customize your own user profile, maintain a Blog, and read messages from your friends!

Quick Links Sidebar

 The Quick Links on the right hand side bar of the Facilitator Network page provides access to all the most update facilitator resources. This section is maintained by the Pachamama Alliance office and includes:

o    Important News and Highlights

o    The Manual for the Video Intensive Version (VIV) of the Symposium

o    Other documents for the Symposium Manual

o    Hosting and Production Documents (see below)

o    Promotion packet

o    A current roster of all the Symposium Facilitators

o    Feedback on Version 1 (“V-1”) of the Symposium

There is also a section for the training materials, as well as access to the Yahoo group, and navigation buttons to the ATD website and Pachamama website all located on the sidebar. Spend some time familiarizing yourself with these links so you can access all network materials with ease.

The Facilitator Network has a wealth of information and resources available to the facilitator body and is being updated constantly by the community itself. It is a good idea to check back at the website frequently for new video posts, new events from Pachamama and the Awakening the Dreamer Initiative, and countless other resources exclusively available to the Facilitator Network.
