Information on printing your own facilitator business cards contibuted by Sarach Martin:

"I went online to http://www.greatfxbusinesscards.com/ where they have lots of templates. After clicking "get started", you can use the slider to increase the size, then choose a text layout and fill in your information.  It took a while and was fun to do, not difficult, required some thinking about it. They use soy ink and have some nice automatic upgrades. I called them and a real person talked to me, was professional, helpful and very nice. The whole process including shipping for 500 cards printed front and back was about $75. 1000 would have been only a little more."
