Page Naming Conventions
In general, wiki page titles should be concise, intuitive, unique and contain limited punctuation. There are two important things to remember:
- Renaming a wiki page breaks any links to that page. This is because the title of the page is actually part of the page URL (see below example).
- Each wiki page name must be unique.
Example:
The page titled "Wiki Best Practices" uses the URL https://pachamama.pbwiki.com/Wiki+Best+Practices
If you rename the page to "Wiki Guidelines", the URL changes to https://pachamama.pbwiki.com/Wiki+Guidelines
So, whenever you create a new page, give the title some thought and use the below naming conventions.
