Joining the Facilitator Network
Training Preparation
To select a training you would like to attend, go to www.awakeningthedreamer.org and click on the "What We Do" drop down menu then click on "Facilitator Trainings". You can select a training from the left side of the page or scroll down to find more information on a specific training. Once you click on a training you will be taken to a page where you will find the basic info, location, time, contacts and registration for the training.
To register for a training online, you will follow the directions for selecting a training (above) and click on the "To Register" link. This will direct you to a checkout page where you can select the tuition and then register using a credit card. Once you register for a training online, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt of your payment and a link to the Preparation Materials.
Scholarships on a sliding-scale basis are available upon request for individuals who need financial assistance. Please read the registration information for your specific training for more details.
Below are the Preparation Materials that you will need once you have registered for a training.
- Preparation Assignment (Word Doc) - The Preparation Assignment is a document consisting of different assignments for you to engage with before your training.
- Background Information Sheet (Word Doc) - After registering and finding your preparation materials you will need to fill out the background information sheet. This sheet is needed to complete your enrollment in the training. When you are finished please send this to the local organizing coordinator.
- Reading Materials (Word Doc) - The Reading Materials are a collection of articles that we suggest you read before attending your training to gain more insight of the purpose and grounding of Facilitator Trainings.
Once you have registered for a training you have the option to join the Facilitator Network. In the Facilitator Network you can connect, network, and communicate with your fellow facilitators around whatever topics interest you (The Facilitator Network is limited to facilitators and facilitator trainees.)
